RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without written authorization from factory.  Any Items that are returned will be charged a restocking fee of 50%. Items that are Special Order may not be returned. Any Items after 15 Days of purchase may not be returned. A refund will be administered upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Less Shipping.   DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: Reports of damages & shortages must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods. Credit cannot be given after this period.
