To Return any items that have been purchased mail them to 2121 Springmill North Road, Mansfield Ohio 44903. Attn. Aaron. RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without written authorization from factory.  Any Items that are returned will be charged a restocking fee of 50%. Items that are Special Order may not be returned. Any Items after 15 Days of purchase may not be returned. A refund will be administered upon receipt of the returned merchandise.   DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: Reports of damages & shortages must be made within ten days of receipt of goods. Credit cannot be given after this period. Inspect all merchandise when you receive it and if there are any damages to it or concerns please give us a call so that we may handle it in a timely fashion. We want you to be satisfied.
